Motherhood is not easy, and we often become overwhelmed by pains and pressures, starting with the ones we experience in pregnancy. Our unique birth experiences affect the way we enter our vulnerable chapter with our newborn, and so it’s my mission as Ark-La-Tex Doula is to support mothers with love, faith, knowledge, and physical encouragement every step in your journey as a mother. I am with you to make sure you know you are strong and capable during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
